今天，瑞士Neuchatel州的Colibrys Ltd公司宣布开始生产SF1600S产品这是一种基于最先进的微机电系统 (MEMS) 的地震加速度传感器. 新的SF1600S.A 将取代原来的SF1500S.A. SF1600S.A在接线、形状、功能方面与原来的SF1500S 相同。 同时对噪声性能有所改善。新的加速度传感器完全符合RoHS 标准，它是在瑞士制造的，因此不需要出口许可证。

SF1600S 具有非常低的噪声性能（通常为 300 ngrms /√Hz 的）, 高动态范围，高线性度（22 位）的传感器提供了先进算法的发展，比原来基于传感器的 FBA 传统技术来说，大大降低了对大量的信号进行分析的成本。SF1600 对于诸如地震学、地震测量、国土和边

境安全或结构监测等强运动运用都是一个理想的选择。

这种新的单轴传感器（SF1600S）也将提供一个 3 轴配置，即 SF3600。新的三轴产品设计与 SF1600加速度传感器具有兼容性。

MAIN PRODUCTS

MEMS GEOPHONE

The experience and know how inherited from our leading position in manufacturing of MEMS digital geophones for seismic imaging allows us to offer very low noise products dedicated to building, machine or structural monitoring as well as earthquake and seismology measurements. The SF1500 and SF2005 are unique products offering sub µg/?Hz noise levels for a measurement range up to ±4g as required by the above listed applications.

ACCELEROMETER

Colibrys offers various accelerometer products featuring long term bias stability, high degree of reliability and performance repeatability for different application. The flagship MS8000 product family is used in IMUs, AHRS, drilling application, Civilian and military UAVs. This product is offered in different ranges starting from ±2g up to ±100g. MS9000 has the same baseline performance as MS8000 but is offered in a smaller form factor facilitating its application where space is a concern and/or stress reduction related to mounting of the sensor is of utmost importance. MS9000 product family is offered in different ranges starting from ±2g up to ±200g.

IRIS is the newest family of high precision accelerometers from Colibrys. Currently they are offered as ±10g full range dedicated to the AHRS application featuring composite bias repeatability of better than 1.5mg and scale factor repeatability of better than 300 ppm and extremely low vibration rectification better than 65g/g². A ±3g version is also available dedicated to drilling applications including borehole survey and measurement while drilling. This product features composite one-year bias repeatability of better than 600µg and scale factor repeatability of 300 ppm. This product can be used in platform stabilization for antenna, radar, turret and camera platforms.

VARIABLE CAPACITANCE

Variable capacitance sensors can advantageously replace traditional piezo-resistive products in some specific market area. MEMS capacitive sensors produced by Colibrys can offer improved performances for numerous Airborne sensing applications (Flight vibration testing, Flutter testing, HUMS), Ground sensing applications (GVT, Modal testing, Automotive testing, eneral lab testing) or Monitoring & Control (Transportation, Train monitoring, Condition based monitoring, Low frequency machinery).
